Inspired by the merciless killing of Earth, this selected sci-fi fiction reinforced the extents to which humans can go. The population has become oxygen deprived, and some females are barren to give birth.

This short film, with its retro-futuristic aesthetic, revolved around eerie, unsettling, and disturbing tones. The heavily saturated and rustic locations enhanced this mood, while the two distinct groups of characters required costumes, prosthetics, makeup and personal props that clearly emphasized their differences from the very first glance. It was an intriguing project created during the COVID period, with a very limited crew and constrained time and space for preparation — making the process as challenging as it was rewarding.
