One of the things I love most is giving life to a piece, transforming it through aging, dyeing, and distressing until it breathes the story it belongs to.

Characterization in costume design is the art of giving life and authenticity to a piece and its character.

It’s a delicate balance between realism and creative interpretation, where each mark, fade, color, stain and imperfection reveals truth and identity.
