Wardrobe Management

Special projects in wardrobe management require a combination of technical expertise, strategic planning, and problem-solving.

In this project, in collaboration with an architect, I transformed a disorganized storage area into a fully operational, professional costume shop, optimizing space, implementing efficient organizational systems, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure long-term preservation, accessibility, and workflow efficiency.

This project leveraged my knowledge of costumes, wardrobe operations, and production requirements to create a durable, functional, and professional environment for ongoing use.
